We love Mona. My son was not excited about getting braces and had questions before getting started. She was so patient and answered everything and more. Calmed his nerves and made him smile! The front desk staff was also very kind. Of course Dr Loh is amazing always with a smile on her face. Everyone kept their energy up and good vibes even though the office was super busy with back to back patients. Highly recommend!

The staff was very patient (pun intended) with my son. They put him at ease and explained the entire process to him so he was aware of the next steps. Great staff!
Second visit: Adriana and Dr. S were quick and efficient. Very encouraging with our son, and explained future treatments. They were transparent.
